We use a fully reinforced roof coating system on all concrete structures. It fully adheres to the surface with an embedded cloth in the coating adding superb structural strength. All coats remain seamless keeping the structure surface waterproof tight. Backed by a 10yr renewable warranty.

Installation Process
Remove Loose Membranes
Removing and pulling up any loose membrane and old roofing materials such as foam tar asphalt and other failing coatings.
Power Wash Surface
Cleaning the concrete from any dirt, grime, grease, or debris, prepping for complete adhesion coats.
Base Sealer Coat
We start by applying a surface conditioner coat, prepping the surface for adhesion. Followed with a base sealer coat, back rolling it into the concrete getting a firm bond.
Fabric Reinforced & Flashing
A second coat is applied onto the concrete with the fabric being laid out on top soaking it in and then we come back and apply a second coat on top of the fabric, Embedding the fabric into two coats. Also any pipes, bolts, tubing, and protrusions going through the roof, get flashed with our fiber reinforced coating.
Two Monolithic Topcoats
Seamless fluid applied, topcoats are completely waterproofing able to withstand any ponding water, heavy traffic keeping its integrity for complete protection.
